Rising Phoenix Enrichment Program’s (RPEP) mission is to provide enrichment programs that foster the positive development of the total child. Rising Phoenix Youth development programs consist of SAT/ACT/PSAT Test Prep, One-on-One tutorial sessions for all grade levels, STEAM related activities, Financial Literacy, Resume Building and Life Skills.

1. We believe that our programs should be based on three pillars which include Academics, Enrichment and Health & Fitness.
2. Engaging activities develop values, skills and relationships. Activities are not seen as ends in themselves, but as vehicles for creating values, building skills and solidifying peer and adult relationships. An engaging activity is one that holds children’s attention, awakens their imagination, and inspires them to want to learn more.
3. Rising Phoenix strives to ensure that services are available to help the most vulnerable, underserved populations. To support struggling families, Rising Phoenix secures public and private resources to provide financial assistance on a sliding fee scale and partners with schools to open public school resources to families during non-school hours.
