Rising Phoenix Enrichment Program, Inc was founded in 2011 by Ashley (Gay) Johnson, a dedicated educator. She grew up in the metro-Atlanta area and graduated from Newnan High School. She attended Fort Valley State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology. She furthered her education at the University of Phoenix where she received a Master’s of Arts in Educational Leadership. She has always had a passion for helping others and helping children to recognize and maximize their potential in life.
